Well as an online dating company you might expect us to be quite excited about Valentine Day. Well not really, it’s just another day of the year. For us providing a successful online dating experience is not just based around the hype of a few days of the year.
I think as with all things over the last 15 or so years it gone rather commercialised with companies trying to capitalise. It’s a bit like seeing Easter eggs on the shelf in mid January and Christmas crackers on the shelf come September the 1st. I think the anti Valentine movement is clear to see. Quite rightly singles are feed up as are many couples. The rise of Facebook in recent years has some rather comedy groups for the anti Valentine day theme.
We don’t care what day of the year it is. You deserve to meet that special someone, weather it be your life partner or some fun for the weekend. So if you are off out this Sunday have a lovely evening, if not have a lovely evening also:)
